Earlier this month I received the results of Ancestry's Paternal Lineage Test (Y-46) Barcode: A10411495, and have converted the test to your format; my markers are identical to James Cochran #45170 and William Cochran #211697  (Haplogroup R1a) EXCEPT FOR MARKER DYS 388; both have a value of 12; my value is 13.
