Here is where the debate begins. Reece is shown as born in Neosho,Newton,Mo. however The History of Stone County Vol. 1 shows born in Kentucky. Tibiatha is shown as possibly of Cherokee decent, born in the Cherokee Nation of North Tenn. but also shown as born in Missouri.
