I am the grandson of Joseph Dorsey Dyer, b 08 Sept, 1908, Knoxville, TN, d., 21 Dec. 1988, son of Joseph (Joe) H (Henry) Dyer, b. abt. 1873, possibly in TN and die 16 Sep 1965, Knoxville, Tn. He was at least at one time a Church of God minister. I have searched numerous census and other records and cannot find the parents of Joe H. Dyer.  Does anyone have any information that will help me trace my line past my great-grandfather?  Thanks!  Audie Gaddis

I am not a Dyer, my mother was.? However I have plenty of cousins that will send in their DNA, especially if I pay for it.

We trace back to John Dyer who died in 1799 in Christian County, KY.? Do you have any results yet?? ?The Gibbs DNA administrator has done a very good job of posting the results onto a website.
