As I have been researching my fathers family history I came across a hitch. Though at this point the family goes by the last name Head I was told by many family members that my great grandfather was not really a Head he was a Hilliard but no one has any kind of real proof. I do have in a family bible that he had some family listed under the Hilliard name. Would doing the Head DNA Project confirm wether he was really a Head or a Hilliard? Any help would be appreciated.
