HI Everyone

I have had a deep clade test done and had the following results -

Your Haplogroup
R1b1a2a1a1b4

Tests Taken
P312+ L21+ U106- P66- P314.2- M37- M222- L96- L226- L193- L159.2- L144-

Interesting and if I read the results right these don't match with most of the Irish L21 subclades and that makes sense if we accept that the Joyce's were of Welsh Norman stock who settled in Ireland in around the 12th Century.

SO my question is this - has anyone else had a deep clade test done and if so what were the results?

Cheers

I am appealing to those of you who are in the Joyce Project and who haven't joined the RL21 Project to please do so.

You will find it here -
http://www.familytreedna.com/public/R-L21/

There is a lot of work being done by the people in this project to identify the subclades and families associated with them and through that the geographic origins.   To date I am the only Joyce and feeling a bit lonely :)

So please join and let's see if we can get to the stage where we may be able to prove that Welsh Norman origins of our family.
