Jeremiah Budd Cramer was my G Grandfather.  He was born Nov 1878 in New Jersey.  I believe he spent most of his life in southern NJ around Clayton, Malaga, Franklinville and Vineland.  His birth date comes from his WW-I registration [1917] at which time he worked in Camden/Gloucester and lived in Franklinville.  I have reason to believe he was related to Cramers of Clayton.  I have weak evidence his mother's name was Martha, perhaps surname Biddle.

He and my G Grandmother [Lillian Allen] divorced, if they ever were married, when my grandmother [Martha Adeline Cramer b. 1913] was a teen.  They had 2 children, twins, but the un-named male died at birth.  Lillian later married a John Wiseman and they lived in Vineland.  Interestingly, Jeremiah is found with John and Lillian Wiseman in the 1930 census.  This is my last record of Jeremiah.

Family lore says he was American Indian although DNA testing has not confirmed I got any of those genes, if true.

Does anyone still monitor this Forum??
