Notes: '--' in UK had no data as was statistically too small to disclose. USA minimum cutoff was 100 people because they did not give a breakdown smaller than whole country level. UK site provides a breakdown at the county level for each surname. '**' some use seen in Wales and Exeter in 1895 census.
