It looks like I am the first, so I don't know the format you prefer. I should have looked at other surname forums before I began. I have very little on my Pearsons, so this will be short. I am soon going to do the DNA test at for my father. I am female.

Anthony Pearson, b. c 1755; d. SC; m. Mary
     Thomas Pearson, b. c 1780; d. 1849 SC; m. Anna
          Ira Mack Pearson, b. 1823 SC; d. 1900 SC; m. Sarah Holtzclaw
               Thomas J. Pearson, b. 1852 SC; d. 1926 SC; m. Ellen Beason
                    Ludwell C. Pearson, b. 1889 SC; d. 1932 SC; m. Lois M. Scales
Private [Non-member, untested, born after 1910]

I am submitting this pedigree in case any project members connect to this line in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Anthony might have come to South Carolina with a group of Presbyterians from Pennsylvania. The family held land for generations in an area called Abner Creek. This is my mother's maiden name and I have traced down to her brother who was born after 1910.

I'd be grateful if you would publish this pedigree on the Patriarchs page.

Thank you,
Richard Norwood (Margaret, Ludwell, Thomas J., Ira M., Thomas, Anthony Pearson, . . .)
