Has anybody thought to test for Geno 2.0  226093, Melo, United Kingdom. The surname is probably Portuguese.
These are his values:
226093    Melo    United Kingdom    R1b  [V88+?]
13    23    15    10    13-14    12    12    12    13    13    29    18    9-10    11    12    26    14    19    29    12-15-15-15    10    8    20-24    15    15    17    18    31-36    11    11
and these are his SNPs known:
226093    Melo    R1b    R-M343    M343+, M269-
It seems that he is R-V88+, but he has some differences as to the European V88+ known so far.
A search on YHRD gives these haplotypes like the probably closer ones:

I'd add to these haplotypes also Bruzas I found on SMGF and put on Ysearch:
QPV7Y (SMGF format):
13 25 15 11 12-14 12 12 12 14 13 30 16 9-9 11 12 27 14 19 12-12-15-15 11 12 21-23 15 12 12 12 15 12 11 13 23 11 13 12 31 24
and the Italian Marchesi, classified as R-M269+, but I think R-V88+:
266227    Giuseppi Marchesi b. 1856, Piedmont, Italy    Italy    R1b1a2
13    24    15    10    13-15    12    12    12    13    13    29    18    9-10    11    12    27    15    19    28    12-12-15-15    11    11    20-24    15    13    16    17    32-35    12    11
Of course these are for me the witnesses of the European origin of R-V88+ and probably from the Italian Refugium.
