R-U152/Z192/Z194+ like an expansion from the Italian Refugium?

The huge presence of this subclade of R-U152 in Sardinia (and before in Tuscany) has been underlined by Richard Rocca from the paper of Francalacci et al. 2013 and before from the 1KGP.

Where to search this haplotype?

YAXWK, Kennedy, Ireland
B86Y9, Starkins, USA
F9BY3, Crosier, Unknown (French surname perhaps)
PD5RV, Johnston, USA
Q49N4, Weber, Germany
They have DYS485=15 (PD5RV=14) and DYS640=12.
