This case

N93357  Joshi    Bhaskar Dinkar Joshi, 1910-1997  R1b1    R-P25
L21-, L23-, L51-, M18-, M222-, M269-, M335-, M73-, P25+, P297-, P312-, U106-, U152-, V88-

has been put in the "R1b1 FTDNA Project" as "R1b1* (L389+) Cluster C".
This is his haplotype:
N93357    Joshi    Bhaskar Dinkar Joshi, 1910-1997    India    R1b1
13    18    14    10    11-12    12    12    13    12    13    28    15    9-10    11    11    25    15    20    29    12-14-15-15-16-17    10    10    20-24    14    15    18    19    30-35    12    12    11    8    15-16    8    10    11    8    10    11    12    22-24    15    10    12    12    15    8    11    22    20    15    12    11    13    10    11    11    12

He is classified as L389+, but it does seem that he hasn't been tested for this SNP. We only know that he is P25+ and that P25 is on the same plane of L388/L389 is all to demonstrate.
We now know that this is the line of SNPs from the last Geno 2.0 results from the "Morley's spreadsheet":

!1R1b M343/PF6242 [727/805] (between R1b and R1b1: CTS2134 [805/805], PF5466 [805/805], PF6246 [805/805], PF6250 [805/805], PF6270
[805/805], PF6272 [805/805], YSC0000075 [805/805] )
1311
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!1R1b1 L278 [804/805], M415/PF6251 [805/805], P25F [156/156] (between R1b and R1b1: L506 [798/805] ) (Cannot resolve: CTS3063 [804/805],
CTS4244 [804/805], L754 [804/805], L761 [804/805], L774 [803/805], M343/PF6242 [727/805], PF6249 [804/805], PF6263 [804/805],
PF6271 [804/805], YSC0000224 [804/805])
[...]
1322 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1R1b1–14 L388 R [801/801], L389 [801/801]
1323 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1N16605

To be L25+ doesn't mean to be L388/L389+.

We know the case of Raza who is put out of the line of descent of R1b1*:

!!1R1b1–24 F2482 [1/1], F3599 R [1/1], Z486 R [1/1]
1873 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1267597

I proposed to test him for P25 (not tested by Geno 2.0) and I'd have paid for him. Raza agreed and also Richard Rocca. After no news.

After that not only Raza has been tested for P25 and resulted positive (we don't know so far who paid his test, because my offer hasn't been used and Raza didn't paid), but also Joshi, after an exchange of letters with me on "Anthrogenica", has been tested for L389 and resulted negative (ancestral) and has been put now out of the R1b1/L388+/L389+ subclade in the "R1b1 FTDNA Project".
