This SNP is very important to understand the phylogeny of R-L23. It has been found in Silver (45475) and in Carnevali (N10795).
If the link between these two haplotypes would be demonstrated , i.e. that PF7580 is an intermediate SNP between R-L23/Z2103/Z2105+ and L584 (and subclades), my theory of an Italian Refugium of hg. R1b1 would be strengthened.
I don't understand why in the Semargl's spreadsheet this SNP is found in Silver and not in Carnevali, but in

233653    Wheaton    James Wheaton b.abt 1737 NY? d.abt 1826 NB, Canada    R1b1a2a1a1b3c    R-L2

who has nothing to do with R-L23 and above all hasn't this SNP.

233653 is me and I can clarify why I was showing as PF7580.

When my initial Geno 2.0 results came out there were errors which were attributed to a "software glitch" so a number of SNPS I was really negative for showed positive, including PF7580, and had been transferred to my FTDNA account.

That has been corrected so I no longer show positive for a large number of these SNPS but anyone who grabbed my SNP list before it was corrected (and it took a while) will still show the errors.

Many thanks for your answer. Also Semargl is going to correct his important spreadsheet.

R1b1a2a2a CTS1848 [1/3], L584 [9/9], PF3449 [1/3], PF7580 [3/3]
152974, 166322, 166323, 182984, 235098, 45475, 87265, 92187, N10795, N113044, N93831

Beyond Carnevali (N10795) we have another European R-L23/Z2105+ who is PF7580, the Rumanian

N113044    Vasile Aghinitei, b. 1944, Putureni, Romania    R1b1a2a1    R-L150

who is put in the Morley's spreadsheet under L584, but he, like Carnevali, is negative for the other two SNPs of the Jew Silver (CTS1848 and  PF3449) and very likely they aren't L584+ but probably the European ancestors of this subclade.
This Rumanian has also a high variance in his 37 STRs:

N113044    Vasile Aghinitei, b. 1944, Putureni, Romania    Romania    R1b1a2a1
