242134       R1b1a2    R-M269   Z2013-

This haplotype has appeared in the “ht 35 FTDNA Project” and could be the first Z2103-. Its values could be of a R-L23. From where?
Interesting is DYS464=14-15-15-18, which seems to derive from the modal 14-15-16-18 with a mutation from 16 to 15 in DYS464c.

I am realizing now that he is labelled Z2013-. A clerical error or actually this SNP? In this case no meaning: Z2013 is a SNP of another haplogroup and not of R-L23. Probably the clerical error was in ordering the SNP.
