Albanian, Balkan or European cluster?

The first who spoke of this cluster was Argiedude, and named it “Albanian cluster”, because the first haplotypes found were Albanian (or of Albanian origin like Italian Arbereshet). Argiedude and me were in contact then, and I gave him many inputs, and, after having found this cluster also out of the Albanian zone, I named it “Balkan cluster” (there are Croatians like Perovic, Greeks like Panopoulos and Romanians like Anghel). I found a close cluster to this in Italy (Risso) and also in the Isles (Beacham), who were in my thinking the ancestors of them, come from West, for me from Italy.
Now I have found a Brazilian (Da Silveira), whom I think belongs to this cluster.

The Albanian cluster was characterized by:

DYS393=13 from 12
DYS385=11-11 from 11-14 (by a RecLOH)
DYS459=8-10 from 9-10
DYS446= 14 or more from 13

Anghel (SXRNE) has
DYS393=12 and not 13
DYS385=11-11
DYS459=8-9 from 8-10
DYS446=15

Risso (EK3WY) and Beacham (TN2ZH) have:
DYS393=14 from 13
DYS385=11-11
DYS559=9-9
DYS446=13

and both the mutation of DYS461 : 10 from 11 and 12 from 11.
