Alpine, RSRS is the reassessment of the mtDNA haplotree done by Behar 2012b et alii. It doesn’t take more as reference the r[evised]C[ambridge]R[eference]S[equence] but the origin of our haplotree. This does mean that what is a mutation in RSRS often wasn’t in rCRS. But they are the same.

Ok, but if you take me for example, remove my 16519C mutation which does not count for anything as per this scientific world , ( note: only 55% of H have it ). Remove my other mutation 315.1C for similar issues and what do I have left is 263G.......this mutation only takes me out of CRS.
FTDNA for me used 7028C to place me in H ,then with this theory and since I have 4769A it will/should make me H2a.
In RSRS there are 2 markers for me which are K, C16311T and X, T16223C which say I am not a pure "clan-mother" H mtDna person, but have mutated into H overtime..........Would these old K and X markers indicate my previous Mtdna. If so
Then the system we have in place in only viewing mutations to clarify someboby MtDna is clearly "incomplete".

And if a mutation into H is correct, then H is only numerous in Europe due to mutations into H overtime and RSRS should be the only course to indicate somebody marker

You have said that “my only mutations are 16519C, 263G and 315.1C”.These are your mutations as for rCRS and this is the same as to say that for RSRS your mutations are

How do you know that in the coding region you have the mutations “7028C to place me in H […] and since I have 4769A”? Of course, being you hg. H, you have 7028C (which isn’t transcribed) and 4769A is the mutation of H2a, but who did test you for these SNPs if you have been tested only for HVRI and II?

What you write after is a nonsense. You are hg. H, perhaps H2a (who knows?), and if you want to know your subclade you have only to do an FGS or at least 23andMe, which, even though tests only 2500 SNPs out of 16569, tests many SNPs in the coding region and may suggest the subclade you belong.

I do not know what your first 2 lines mean/refer too. There is no nationality, religion or language when talking about genetics, they are irrelevant, these things for me go into the toilet and are flushed.
