I wrote elsewhere that, as Geno 2.0 didn’t test all the SNPs around M269, it wasn’t useful to test Mangino to ascertain if he lacks some of these SNPs and he is intermediate between R1b1 and R-M269 as it seems by his STRs values. But I am now seeing that there are many SNPs found in the Sardinian pool which are very interesting for understanding the pathway of these haplogroups.
From the alone R1b1 I have, the Jew Savage :
N16605 Savage Abraham Shpritz, Minsk, Russia R1b R-M343
PF6272+, PF667+
to every L150 (both Z2103/Z2105+ to L277+ and L584+ and also its subclades):
45475 Louis Silver R1b1a2a1 R-L150
PF6272+, PF6404+, PF6409+, PF6411+, PF6424+, PF6425+, PF6430+, PF6432+, PF6434+, PF6438+, PF6443+, PF6463+, PF6494+, PF6495+, PF6498+, PF6500+, PF6506+, PF6507+, PF6509+, PF6524+, PF667+
to R-L51:
22103 John Thomas Warner, b. 1786 SC; d. 1880 LA R1b1a2a1a R-L51
PF6272+, PF6404+, PF6409+, PF6411+, PF6424+, PF6425+, PF6430+, PF6432+, PF6434+, PF6438+, PF6443+, PF6463+, PF6494+, PF6495+, PF6498+, PF6500+, PF6506+, PF6507+, PF6509+, PF6524+, PF667+
to P310:
N112478 José Pereira Torres, b. ca 1890, Sergipe, Brazil R1b1a2a1a1 R-P310
PF6272+, PF6404+, PF6409+, PF6411+, PF6424+, PF6425+, PF6430+, PF6432+, PF6434+, PF6438+, PF6443+, PF6463+, PF6494+, PF6495+, PF6498+, PF6500+, PF6506+, PF6507+, PF6509+, PF6524+, PF667+
to P312/DF27-:
N47555 Lorenzo Penna c1840, Savona, Italy R1b1a2a1a1b R-P312
PF6272+, PF6404+, PF6409+, PF6411+, PF6424+, PF6425+, PF6430+, PF6432+, PF6434+, PF6438+, PF6443+, PF6463+, PF6494+, PF6495+, PF6498+, PF6500+, PF6506+, PF6507+, PF6509+, PF6524+, PF667+,
to P312/DF27+:
46496 Jean Carrier 1640 St. Georges-des-Coteaux , France R1b1a2a1a1b R-P312
PF6272+, PF6404+, PF6409+, PF6411+, PF6424+, PF6425+, PF6430+, PF6432+, PF6434+, PF6438+, PF6443+, PF6463+, PF6494+, PF6495+, PF6498+, PF6500+, PF6506+, PF6507+, PF6509+, PF6524+, PF667+
to all the other subclades.
R-V88+ has had another way:
150747 Álvarez Antonio Ramon Mendez 1880- R1b1c R-V88
PF6272+, PF6281+, PF6287+, PF6289+, PF6290+, PF6292+, PF6293+, PF6295+, PF6304+, PF6305+, PF6307+, PF6310+, PF6324+, PF6327+, PF6328+, PF6329+, PF6330+, PF6332+, PF6333+, PF6338+, PF6339+, PF6340+, PF6343+, PF6344+, PF6376+, PF667+
Probably it has some meaning that these SNPs have been found in Sardinia.
Anyway at this point to test Mangino for Geno 2.0 could be very interesting and of course any R-M269* would be.
