Isogg changes

Important changes  in the ISOGG codification. A lot of SNPs get a new codification

G2a2,  G2a3 and G2c disappear. the term G2a3and G2c had been  used a great lot in the last years and this will create a lot of troubling and confusion.

I haven't see any annoucement and explanation
G2c becomes G2b
G2a3 becomes G2a1c
G2a3b2-L497 and subbranches become
