In 1852, the smack 'Isabella' sailed from Kircubbin for the U.S.A.
The 'Isabella' had 2 Captains to sail her, brothers Capt. James McVea and Capt Charles McVea. It took about 4 weeks. Capt Charles McVea owned the schooners 'Mary McVea' and 'E J McVea'. The McVea's set up a fleet of schooners and traded on the Great Lakes.

Capt. John Warnock's family did come to the U.S on the smack 'Isabella,' under Sea Captain James McVea, and Sea Capt. Charles McVea, his nephews.

Hello

My name is Claire Louise Warnock 22 years old from Hillsborough Northern Ireland. I am the Great great great Grand daughter of Robert Warnock b. 28th Mar 1818 d. 14 Jul 1880.

I am looking for any information on his parents but Can not find any record anywhere or know where to start could you give me any tips?

Also her daughter Louisa EVANS died 1 April 1923, interred in Whitechurch Cemetery. The above E.S.D. Warnock died 9 May 1955.
