Clint, William R.
May 7, 1925 to Apr 29, 2012
    "Bill passed away peacefully after a long illness. He was raised in Mission Beach and was one of the original members of the Over-The-Line games. Bill attended La Jolla High School until  he enlisted in the Navy during WWII where he was active in the invasion of Guam. He resided in Escondido and retired from Singer-Kerfort of San Marcos.
    Bill is survived by his wife Marjorie. He is preceded in death by his beloved daughter Colleen, his brother Jim and sister Dorothy. Bill’s remaining relatives include his sister nancy, nephews Robert and TJ from Sidney, Nebraska; nieces Joyce, Belinda and Jody. He also had 14 grand-nephews and nieces. RIP"

William R. Clint was a descendant of the Clints. Warnocks, Thompsons, and Currans of Ballyhalbert and Portavogie. He was the son of James Robert Clint, and the grandson of William Clint of Portavogie and Mary Curran Clint of Ballyhalbert. Bill was my mother's 1st cousin.
