Letters of Administration (with the Will annexed) of the personal estate of James Clint late of Ballycranmore County Down Farmer who died 6 March 1890 at same place were granted at Belfast to Margaret Fowler of Ballycranmore Widow a Legatee.
JAMES CLINT BORN 1805 LEAVES HIS FARM OF LAND AT BALLYCRANMORE TO HIS NEPHEW JAMES FOWLER. HE GIVES HIS SISTER MARGARET CLINT & NEICE ANN FOWLER THE RIGHT TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE AND BE SUPPLIED WITH ALL THEIR NEEDS FROM THE FARM. BUT IF ANNIE FOWLER MARRIES £50 TO BE PAID OVER 5 YEARS.
