The Will of John Clint late of Ballygellagh in the County of Down Farmer deceased who died 22 February 1848 at same place was proved at Belfast by the oaths of William Clint and James Hughes both of Ballygellagh aforesaid the Executors.

JOHN CLINT OF BALLYGELLA LEAVES HIS SON JOHN HIS FARM OF FREEHOLD LAND AT BALLYCRANBEG SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OR EXPENSES OF A JUDGMENT BOND THAT REMAINS UNLIFETD WITH HUGH MAXWELL BARHALL & IT IS MY WISH THAT JOHN BE PAID 2 SHILLINGS & 6 PENCE OUT OF THE LANDS OF BALLYGELLA & NO MORE.
