South Asian admixture proportion in Scandinavia

I downloaded my FF autosomal file to gedmatch.com calculator and got quite a high South Asian proportion of 1.7%. So I wonder if this kind of percentage is usual among northern Europeans? I've read that the South Asian proportion is about 2.9% among the Rumanians.

The first thing that occurred to me when I read your post was the frequency of R1a in the places you mentioned. I know autosomal dna and y-dna are separate, but I was just trying to think of something those three otherwise disparate places have in common.
