| Trace Your Roots with DNA by Megan Smolenyak and Ann Turner An excellent overview of the history, early pioneers, and the many aspects of the new field of Genetic Genealogy. This book is well written and includes clear instructions of how-to-do-it and many real world examples of how to use DNA testing to aide traditional genealogical research. A great first book for the beginner to read. But intermediate and advanced readers will find interesting tidbits and ideas in this book too.
